How do I track your order
All dolls customized on the Qiwa company website are shipped directly from our factory in China. Stock is shipped from US or European warehouses, depending on the corresponding country distance. After your doll is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email address.

In order to solve your customs clearance trouble, we will charter a plane to send your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. It takes approximately 5-8 working days to arrive in your country and clear customs. Please be patient.
After your package is completed customs clearance, we will deliver your package to FedEx, and FedEx will deliver it for you. In addition, FedEx will update the tracking information of your package. Pay close attention to the tracking information of the package before delivery in case of problems (e.g., tracking suspension, item loss, etc.).
Duties and taxes
In some countries, import duties may be payable upon delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import duties and fees. For customers in Canada (CAN), Norway (NOR), Australia (AUS), South Africa (SA) and certain other countries, we are happy to share up to 50% of the tariff costs (up to $150) with you. We will also be responsible for communicating with customs to make the whole process hassle-free. Typically, additional costs total about $150, and in most cases we can provide you with an estimate before you make a purchase.
